Corundum
Corundum: A compound of elements

Computer Safety
About two hundred years before, the word "computer" started
to appear in the dictionary. Some people even didn't know what is
a computer. However, most of the people today not just knowing
what is a computer, but understand how to use a computer.
Therefore, computer become more and more popu
As the world shapes and the people grow in mass production it seems that by the
year 2000 we'll have mass overpopulation in the world but as the year passes it seems that
we can't fit anymore people on the planet earth. In the article "Considering cloning's
downfall", it says the there are currently 7.5 billion people living on earth. Judging by the
current growth rate, that number will more than double in the next 25 years.(12/16/99
http://www.daily.iastate.edu/volumes/fall97/Aug-28-1997/op1.html ) In the next pages I
will try to convince the public that cloning will not lead to mass population.
In the first paragraph I will talk about "Limited factors". Limited factors is the
circumstances that enact the carrying capacity.(12/16/99
http://www.daily.iastate.edu/volumes/fall97/Aug-28-1997/op1.html ) "Humankind
constantly has battled its own carrying capacity and limiting factors. Whether it is a
disease like the black plague running rampant across Europe, the challenge relocation or
trying to produce enough food to feed the entire population, humankind has always
triumph."(12/16/99 http://www.daily.iastate.edu/volumes/fall97/Aug-28-1997/op1.html )
In this quote it says that when there was a threat to humankind in different areas that the
human life always found a way to cope with the problem and I don't think that if we
started cloning that we would have overpopulation. In matter of fact if human beings
don't find a way to solve the problem that nature will take its course and do something
drastic or something to the effect that will solve the problem.
One of the ways that nature will stop the mass overpopulation is diseases like
AIDS, ebola, cancer, and other viruses and illness.(.12/16/99
http://www.daily.iastate.edu/volumes/fall97/Aug-28-1997/op1.html) And with the
amount of people that are dying from all these diseases and I think it's enough that
scientist can produce clones. Especially in the United States of America which is probably
the nation with the most deaths by the disease called AIDS. Which means that we can
produce clones and that we'll still have fairly the same or possibility more population than
we have today.
Another possibility...
